So, pole dancing is a medium-high intensity form of exercises which targets large and small muscle groups all over your body. We often tell new students that they’ll be using muscles they haven’t used since they were doing cartwheels in the garden as a child!

Increased Strength Pole dancing is an intense full body workout. In particular, you’ll work your upper body, core and thighs.

Pole dancing involves repeatedly lifting your own body weight for extended periods of time, climbing up a vertical pole with no foot-holds and inverting your body.

EXOTIC POLE DANCE

Exotic pole dance is an empowering expression of womanhood and allows women to tap into their sensuality, build confidence and truck loads of ATTITUDE. For women who WANT to be sexy and are proud of it, this class is for you.

The emphasis is not so much on pole tricks, but on the elements of dance, musicality, fluidity within tricks and transitions, body awareness and improving confidence. Expect lots of floorwork, hair flicks and booty shaking.

Ages 18+ only.

Heels are recommended for this class, but are not compulsory. Kneepads and leggins necessary.

AERIAL SILK

Aerial silk classes make your body work more intensively because gravity is working harder on your body than usual. Aerial activities look very graceful and effortless but they allow significant energy expenditure.

Aerial silks are especially great for improving upper body strength – it’s one of the best ab workouts around. Great news is that aerial silk workouts count as cardio too while providing strength-building benefits. This makes aerial silks a great form of exercise to improve upper body strength.

AERIAL HOOP

Aerial Hoop is a full body workout. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body, and it’s a fantastic way to strengthen your core.
You should also see improvements in your flexibility, balance and coordination as you slowly begin to contort your body to new poses.

Some have even likened Aerial Hoop to yoga wrapped around a Hoop – it’s an art form. And when you create those new shapes on the Hoop, your self-confidence will sky rocket!

In this course we will focus on learning the basic gymnastic elements such as star, cauldron, handstand, we will strengthen the center of the body / arms / legs, we will work on the flexibility of the whole body. This course is intended for all girls and boys who have no experience with any sport, aged 5-17 and is always individually adapted

It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
