My name is Anastasia, and I first encountered yoga as a child. As a child, I drew a lot and then needed to correct the scoliosis, which was developing more and more because of this interest. At first, parents tried to correct this problem by swimming, massage or rehabilitation.
But nothing bothered me, so the attending physician began to insist on yoga. When I started with it, it turned out to be absolutely right. I was excited and gradually became a real yoga fan. I tried different styles of yoga and met a lot of interesting, motivating people. I was no longer going to give up this hobby, so I decided on a teacher training course. Today I am a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor with accreditation from the Yoga Alliance (200 RYT).
